About Me
Let’s start from the beginning.
I was born in 1977 and grew up in a little place called Sollebrunn with mom, dad and two younger brothers. After commuting first to Nossebro and later Trollhättan for school I moved to Skövde to attend the University of Skövde.
After that I had a breaf stint at JiiComp in Alingsås (later Sigma e-handel) before I got a job at CiC in Vänersborg where I moved after a couple of months. The company was later bought by Merkantildata and reformed into Ementor and after about a year they decided that we should reorganize which meant moving some employees to Gothenburg and letting some go. Since I was amongst the most recently hired that included me. It turned out to be quite a hectic time since my boss had heard about a little company called Sundbergs mediaverkstad in Alingsås who desperately needed a new programmer. Turned out that for the last two weeks in reality I had two jobs instead of one. After a few months I then moved to Alingsås where I’m still living.
I stayed put at Sundbergs for quite a long time, about 7 years. After some dwindling years the company decided to move the office to Gothenburg and then I started working from home instead. I didn’t like that much in the long run tough so I started searching for something new. Since I don’t care much for working as a consultant on shorter assignments it took a while to find something suitable but eventually I found a position at Fronter in Gothenburg which is my current place of employment.
So what’s the next step? Well, I’m getting a little tired of the commute so I’m currently searching for a new place in Gothenburg. Seems to be a little tricky to find something nice there without winning the lottery first but we’ll see what comes up.
